4. Mycontactlens.com.au's product guarantee & return policy
We guarantee that all of our contact lenses are factory sealed and genuine. If you have a problem with any lenses purchased from us at any time or suspect they are defective, please discontinue wearing them and contact us immediately, and please do not throw the defective lenses away. Many lens manufacturers require the original defective lenses for a replacement. If your lenses are determined to be defective by the manufacturer, we will replace your lenses or issue a store credit.
If you ordered wrong lens power or your contact lens prescription changes, we are able to exchange unopened boxes of lenses for new prescription within 100 days of purchase. The returned contact lenses must be in resellable condition and not have lapsed past the product expiry date. You will be responsible for any expenses in returning the product to us.
